Connecting to the Element of Air Saturdays practice is all about reconnecting, spaciousness & community

*Optional sea dip after weather permitting. We also grab a cuppa / bit to eat in local cafe afterwards . All welcome regardless if you seadip or not. This is a lovely community class providing space and time to connect without the rush !
