Class Styles include:

Hatha

A slower pace, with focus on the breath, controlled movements and postures (asana), and stretching in preparation for meditation. Hatha classes often involve holding poses for several breaths to build strength, flexibility, and balance, making it an accessible and foundational practice for beginners.

Vinyasa

A dynamic style of yoga connecting the breath to movements, in a flowing sequence. Each movement, from one posture to the next, is synchronized with an inhale or an exhale, creating a "moving meditation" that can build strength, flexibility, and a sense of fluidity.

Sculpt

A vinyasa class with added 1-2kg weights & bodyweight to build muscle, tone the body, and increase metabolism. It involves repetitive, strength-building movements within yoga postures, often set to upbeat music, to create a challenging, full-body experience that also maintains yoga's mindful, body-mind connection. Build strength in body & mind and activate your core with this fusion of flow & strength .

Restorative

A gentle supportive space to slow down and rest. A series of supported asana using blocks, blankets, straps & eye pillows for maximum melt. Release & let it all gooooooo

Yoga for stages of Menopause

Incorporating practices that promote stress relief, better sleep, and physical health, specifically focusing on bone health and muscle mass through weight-bearing exercises as well as calming the nervous system, improving strength, and fostering emotional balance. It's a soft, restorative practice centered on rest and self-compassion, with styles like restorative yoga and yoga nidra being particularly beneficial for soothing the body and mind during this hormonal transition.

Yoga Nidra

A guided meditation and deep relaxation technique that induces a conscious state between wakefulness and sleep, similar to "yogic sleep" or "effortless relaxation". While lying in a resting position, practitioners follow instructions to achieve deep mental and physical rest, allowing for reduced stress, improved sleep, and enhanced self-awareness
